Looks like they used a 5Ton Chassis. With those its how many gallons to the mile.

For " Boondocking " WAY back in the Boonies .

Personally , I can think of three different toys to unload off a trailer to get where I wanted to go that would be cheaper and a LOT less work, than mounting a MH body on a surplus 6 X 6 chassis.
