For my 40th birthday my daughter, then age 16, gave me a jar filled with dirt and a label that read, "The only thing older than you!"

And I now fall into the older than dirt category.

And I bet you didn't expect a tip, either. You were just doing your job.

Afraid, a lot of us ar OTD -

My first Car was a Packard - that I pulled out the Back seat inserted a Bed, through the trunk - with a few modifications - I then called it MY First RV.

Wife wore out 4 Studebaker Avanti's before she went tame and got a Cadillac.

That was a car.

One more OTD . ..........:

Never saw a Packard or Hudson. Only a couple of Studebakers.

In 20-30 years kids will say what was a Pontiac/Oldsmobile/Saturn/AMC/Plymouth/Mercury. Dodge and Chrysler are fading fast.

I "should" be in the first or second category. Thanks to my family collecting antiques, I fit into the last category. I miss black jack and clove gum. Only been to 1 drive in.

There is a Packard, Hudson, and Studebaker within 30 minutes of me, and we have a few places that still have the old glass vending machines and the table jukebox.
