Forget about horsepower, all you need to have is torque.

If someone would compile and number them for placement in the FAQ thread, we could all save time and energy by simply responding by number... particularly in the "reading the post" stage. In addition, I am sure we would all have the numbers memorized in a short time allowing for earlier "happy hours."

At this rate, we'll all soon be replaced with a FARS (a forum automated response system). Ours kids will say "My father told me that long ago, PEOPLE used to actually run the forum...Must've been horrible"

Only occasionally.

Reminds me of a prison joke.

New inmate and old timer sharing a cell. Someone yells out a number and everyone laughs.

New Inmate: Why did everyone laugh just because someone yelled out a number?

Old Timer: We have been telling the same old jokes for so long, we decided to number them, just to save time. Now when someone wants to tell a joke, he just yells out the number.

New Inmate (after studying the jokes and related numbers):
Seventeen!

No one Laughs, so he asked Old Timer why?

Old Timer:
Well..., Some folks can tell 'em, and some folks can't!

Another stock reply:

"Don't by a Ford with a 6.0 diesel engine. They're pieces of junk."

Usually posted by a Dodge, Chevy, or GMC owner who "had a friend of a friend whose first cousin's ex-boyfriend owned one".

Or how about this:

-- 303 protectant is recommended by tire manufacturers!

Recommended by Mickey Mouse? Yes.
Recommended by tire manufacturers? Nope.
