A senior couple were on a road trip and stopped at a small roadside cafe for lunch. After finishing their meal, they left the cafe, and resumed their trip.

About forty miles down the road the woman realized that she had left her sunglasses on the table. And, to add to their aggravation, they had to travel quite a distance before they could find a place to turn around and head back.

All the way back, the husband fussed and complained about his wife's forgetfulness. He became more agitated with every mile they drove and just wouldn't let up for a minute.

To her great relief, they finally arrived at the restaurant. As the woman got out of the car, and hurried inside to retrieve her glasses, her husband yelled to her,

"Honey...while you're in there, you might as well get my hat and the credit card."
