John’s explanation, while true in the philosophical since, “this the way it was supposed to work in a democratic society” as it is usually explained by have gots. The fact of the matter is, because of human greed, what turned out to be true is Mythplaced’s explanation. The one good thing is that those of us that fall into the sixth –ninth guy category outnumber the tenth guy by 100,000 to 1 and the sixth through ninth guys are getting real tired of carrying everyone one else on their backs including the tenth guy. My thoughts anyways.
