The worse words in emergency rooms.

A man is recovering from surgery when the Surgical Nurse appears and asks him how he is feeling.

'I'm O. K. But I didn't like the four letter words the doctor used in surgery,' he answered.

'What did he say,' asked the nurse.

'Oops!'

He he, as an OR nurse, it's not what they say, it's how they say it....
I had a doctor who fussed, cussed, and carried on like the patient was gonna die any second. That behavior was normal for him! But if he was really quiet, i'm on pins and needles, quiet means that he was having trouble.
Just remember when you are put under anesthesia the last sense that leaves is hearing, and it's the first sense that come back when ya wake up.

When I had my brain surgery, I woke up to people discussing brain cancer!!
Thankfully I did not have cancer, but it was many hours before I could form words to ask if I had. So talk positive around those sleepin folks, we hear ya!
