"Who does this *^&@ clown think he is?!"

I yelled as this mini-van cut across from the fast lane toward the exit, causing me to brake. As I drove by I whipped an angry glance and saw that it actually was a clown! The back of the vehicle was full of balloons!

What's just as bad as drivers are college students. To get to my normal test driving road, I have to drive through a college campus. Watching these kids who are smart enough and old enough to get to college walk right out in front of a coach while reading a book causes much fear and trepidation. I've slid the tires several times to avoid leaving Newmar hood emblem imprints (if they had 3D emblems ) on their tender backsides. What I thought at such times wouldn't be polite to say out loud.

Smile Trust??

Yes, the other driver and i'll go farther, bicyclist's, pedestrians, motorcyclists, etc. seem to have more trust in me and my ability to stop or avoid than I have in myself. Truly, would scare the H--- out of me to do what many of them do. Being an avid motorcyclist for over 50 years, have learned that even "being right" can also mean being "Dead Right". I wish more people would realize, just a little, just how long and hard something the size of a semi, takes to stop. Truly, many times, due to our size, the only options available to us is stopping and acceleration. And those two are not like an automobile. And, don't get me started on the "Cell phone". lol You all know what I mean. Nuff' Said. lol

That's the reason I have extra loud air horns on my truck. They are rated at 150db at 150 PSI. I only run them at 125 PSI.....

Said to me on Monday, a really cold and icy morning as I was taking my trailer in for a recall. I motioned to a young female driver to go ahead and make a turn even though I had the right of way. As she made the turn, I could read her lips as she said "_ _ _hole!". Guess she hates Mondays!

You needed those 150 decibel air horns. lol May well be looking into a set. lol Oh ya, really don't think I would feel too bad about hitting some of those "smart" dummys. Guess that's why most of us have lived so long. Mamma always said, "Roads are for cars".
