It took me a while but yeah, I see it! That shackle pin doesn't look fully seated. He should zip tie that so it doesn't vibrate loose. Lost a good shackle that way once.

Youse guys are not thinking this through. If the hitch ball or coupler fail, the trailer will detach from the tow and the chains will pull out the pin. While the trailer slows down, the ball mount is vibrating out of the receiver in front of the trailer. As the trailer comes to a stop the ball mount acts as a wheel chock to keep the trailer in place. Brilliant thinking, yes?
