What are the odds of this? (somewhat long)
Ok since not many of you know me i have to go back farther than i do with people that are close to me.
My name is Jim N. I am 49 and have lived 45 of my years in Ohio with the rest in FL. So in 1990 I went to south FL to find work. On the way down to Davie FL I stopped in Daytona Beach and applied for my dream Job at Crane Cams. Then went on to Davie where I stayed with my sister and found work at Home Depot and the local school warehouse.
In Davie I made friends with Jeff Georges as he was into fast cars as much as I was. Six months goes by and i get my dream job and move 3 hours up the coast to Daytona Beach. I worked till 1994.
I then moved back to Ohio and started my towing company.
The next year I drove back to south FL for Jeef's Wedding.
Every year or two Jeff and I talks on the phone and he even came to my home town in Ohio when he was in the area on vacation.
The year he stopped by was around 1999 (If I recall correctly) as I was working as police officer in my home town.
And again over the years we still call each other every now and again.
So as of last march I think it was I am on facebook. And I get a call from Jeff and I tell him I'm on there and he says He will look me up.
So gets on there and look under my name and sees a fellow in Ohio that has past police officer listed. So he sent Jim a email message asking if he was the Jim that worked at Crane Cams in FL years ago. Jim said yes. But something in the pics did not quite look right. Jeff sent anther message when did you work there? Jim said it was before they moved to Daytona. Jim told Jeff about a phone call from Me to the other Jim when I worked there that I had forgotten about.
So what it odd is that 2 different men with the
same name Both are From Ohio
Worked at Crane Cams (small company less than 200 employees )
Moved back to Ohio and became Police officers. ???
