What's the plural of y'all?

I figured this out after being stationed in the carolinas for a bit, and then Virginia.

Now I like to test new hires by telling them they need to be able to communicate effectively.

Take your shots - there is a definitive answer and a logical explanation why that is the answer........

Gonna have to work a lot harder on this crew I see........

You're forgetting the size and collective experience that y'all's dealing with; thanks to the net.

Y'all is plural. It's a contraction for you all.

Y'all can be used in the singular, but is actually already plural... needs nothing more. Possessive form is Y'all's. I just spent 5 days with an Aussie and a Swiss guy, trying my best to teach them West Texan... now I am faced with THIS?!?! They're computer unliterate, too... (a fine West Texas word)...
