One job a day is enough.

We have time to get to all those jobs.

How did the headlights turn out BTW?

Relentless

There is one aspect of retirement that I didn't fully appreciate until a few months after I retired:

Retirement is relentless!

You never get a day off from retirement.

There is no vacation from retirement.

Take care,
Stu

P.S. That's a good thing.

Until I retired, I never understood why my parents didn't always know what day of the week it was. Now I get confused between what day it is and what day it feels like.

Hi Terry! Replaced the VIP SM210 SmartWheel controller to get the headlights working. Now am replacing the headlight housings and putting in LED bulbs. One is done. Waiting for the weather to get a little warmer to do the other one!

My friends ask me "what do you do now that you are retired?" I answer : "I don't know but it takes all day to do it and I still don't have time!"

As a fire captain, I have been on many medical aid calls. We try to determine a patients consciousness level by asking questions relating to date, time, place and surroundings. I asked an old man what day of the week it was. He replied "I don't know I am retired" I asked what month it was. He replied, I Don't know, I'm retired." So I asked him, "What season is it." He replied, "FOOTBALL!"

I had a neighbor friend stop by the house for coffee and chit chat yesterday. It was only after he left that I realized I was wearing just my long john bottoms, slippers and a sweatshirt. He's retired also, and didn't seem to notice or care. Oh well, seen worse at Walmart I guess.
