Kinda reminds me of a TDY trip to Illinois one winter during my early Air Force days. There was no fridge in the barracks. I quickly figured out that I could raise the window and keep three beers on the ledge between the window and the screen. Every time I removed a cold brew from the left of the row, I added a fresh one to the right side. Worked out perfectly.

Yep, that's exactly where it was. Don't remember the exact year but around '76 to '78 sounds about right.

LOL we were doing that in the early 60's at college in Ohio. Law back then was you could drink 3.2 (alcohol quantity) beer at age 18.
And OP that was really funny

The Navy takes the Marines to the beach, The Marines take the beach, the Army protects the beach while the Air Force parties on the beach!
