I watered the DW's flowers behind the garage and then told her how good they were looking. Her reply was that they should look good. THEY'RE PLASTIC!!

We visited the Eisenhower Museum today and we remembered many of the names in the presentations and we are not history buffs. If you get the opportunity to visit it is well worth the time. It is in Abilene Texas.

I posted earler about a non-superhet receiver...

Saw that one in an antique store.

In the old days you had to tune front end, oscilator and other parts "just right" to get a station and often folks did not like what they found but did not wish to work for another one.

The term "stay tuned" meant just that back then.
