I've got a few 5½", 360 K floppies around and a punch card reading board. I did finally throw away the paper programming charts for the card reader and verifier!

I still have my first tablet, a flat stone tablet that I used charred sticks to write on. Really hated those heavy backpacks as I walked to school each day

When you have everything you had 30yrs. ago, only now it's a lot lower.

My first job at IBM was building 026 card punches. I saw one in the Smithsonian a few years ago.

My first job they had machines that sorted those cards!!! I didn't actually learn how to change the wiring on them but wow, that was old stuff compared to today…
