I am not a CG operator but you will see a lot of them adding WiFi internet access to thier parks this coming year. When making reservations and looking for internet access ask if they have high speed Wifi and who is provider. I am hooking up with The Wireless Web. They have the best rates and soon will have most coverage. Good thing is that they all use the same frequency so hardware is universal.

I will have to agree that WiFi is the best "What's New for 2004"!
I also believe that more & more RV parks are also getting "instant phone" and "cable" at the sites.

What seems to be new, from another thread, is the exclusion of certain breeds of dogs from campgrounds.

How come no mention has been made of this, here? Wi-Fi might be nice, but if I can't stay in a park that has it because by dog is a certain breed, or over a certain weight, then it isn't worth doodley.

Some RV Parks have had limits in the past. According to the thread ... this is KOA specific. Maybe KOA will mandate it and some other campgrounds may follow. But the GOOD News is that there are still a lot of State Parks and National Forest campgrounds that you can go to instead.
