Family and I spend the week in Atlanta, GA. Camped at Stone Mountain and had a blast. Our slip was level and had a nice wood deck and new gas grill (gas was provided). We had a nice view of the lake and Stone Mountain. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Playground for kids was nice and looked new. Had a beach volleyball court and pool (not open yet). Over all I would stay again in a heart beat.

The park offered enough things to do to keep you busy all day. The kids really like the Duck boat ride (half truck, half boat) and I really enjoyed the rope obstacle course. The ride to the top of Stone Mountain was nice, great view from the top. There is plenty more for the family to do.

If you are ever driving through Atlanta and need a place to stay I would highly recommend it.

I agree, we stay there 2 times a year, for Medical appointments at Emory University. It is the closest place, and a very helpful staff.

We went there for the Snow Mountain with the G kids. Everyone had a great time. Just sorry we did not see the laser show.
