We got our season started off right with a week at JFK park below Greers Ferry Dam at Heber Springs, Arkansas. This is a great COE park with paved streets and parking pads, large level areas for loafing at each parking spot! Tall streight pine and water oak trees, just plain good place to set around the campfire and chew the fat! The Trout fishing isn't to bad either!

Sounds like a great park. We are going there in July this year as we own property at Fairfield Bay and want to spend some time there. Our property is undeveloped and can't park on it but we have charter membership to all there clubs etc. What does COE mean? Is this a public RV park? Do you know if they have a web site? I will google and see what I can find.

Kaye & Larry,
This park should be very nice that time of year, I would make a reservation however. The park tends to fill up by Thrusday afternoon every week even in early spring! ACOE is short for Army Corps of Engineers, I noticed I left off the A in the original post! You can reserve sites at reserveamerica.com
Have a great summer!
