Headed to Biloxi

Anyone been to Biloxi lately? We're meeting family who will be staying in one of the casino hotels... I know the Casinos have been built back bigger and better, but what about the RV parks? I haven't made reservations yet and was hoping to get some quick feedback from others who have been there lately.
Is Southern Comfort any good?

I have looked but it seems the last photos were from early 09... I'll post a follow up and let everyone know.

We ended up at Southern Comfort RV Park at 1766 Ocean Boulevard. It is a really sweet park with lots of nice people. And no FEMA trailers that I could tell. This town has really come back thanks to the Casinos and I had a profitable birthday weekend thanks to them too gotta love the slots.
The only negative mark I would give Southern Comfort is the proximity to a train crossing. I live near one in Austin and have grown accustom to the horn at night, but others might find it too much. Anyway, I had a great weekend and I hope all of you have too. If you have been wondering how the Mississippi Coast is doing and wanting to come visit... bye all means do it. The beaches are beautiful... They have even commissioned a sculptor to make these beautiful in ground sculptures out of all the Oak tree stumps left after the storm. They line Ocean boulevard and they really are a beautiful tribute to the lost lives and devastation from Katrina.

What casino are they staying at? Some casinos permit you to stay in there lot and boondock, may want to check that out. We stayed at Cajun RV park the last time we were there. We miss seeing the old southern homes along the shore drive, they were not rebuilt along with many other homes and businesses.

Thanks so much. I'll definitely take you up on that when we go back later in the spring. We really liked the "Southern Comfort" park but we would like to try another one. I'll send a pm to your brother in law.
