I certainly agree that Jetty Park is a nice place to stay. We've been there several times and it is great watching the cruise ships coming and going and walking out on the pier and beach. For those wanting to be assured a spot, reservations are a must and many of the campsites do not have sewer but the dump station is convienent.

Sorry--The better half yelled at me right after I posted Jetty Park. Said the same thing about being one of the best parks. She didn't want to leave.

Guess there has to be one in every crowd,but we weren't impressed with Jetty Park and won't be staying there again. It was convenient to the casino cruise ship and the view was pretty,but that was about all the good I can say.Maybe we just had a bad site,but it was very hard to get into with metal light poles,the sites were small,would have been a good $20 a night campgound and the hook ups were on the wrong side,everything had to be pulled under the rv to reach. We had read so many great comments on the forums about it and was dissapointed.But thank goodness,not everyone likes the same thing in campgrounds.

Just having one site rather than another can actually affect your outlook of a campground..
We stopped a campground once with the hookups on the wrong side. I turned the motorhome around pulled in so the hookups ended up on the right side (left actually).

Hi: i called re: PA rates for after Christmas and the reservation lady stated that dec.20th or so was the cutoff date of the PA discount. it restarts in late spring. oh well more research for jan. in florida. a safe and happy thanksgiving to
all.

You actually had some luck getting someone to answer the phone ? I can't get any response from email or phone. What does a person have to do to get someone on the phone ??
