Jim & Sandy---Haven't seen your friends yet---think they must be in aother part of the campground--may take a walk in a while to the other areas and see if I can located them (although it is on the chilly side here and at the present time a little drizzly rain so don't imagine there will be many sitting outside today). Hopefully we will get to meet them though and if so will certainly tell them you said "hello". Maybe we will meet up with you guys sometime too! Dickson, Tracy and Al--- hope you guys have fun at the nationals and hopefully will meet you somwhere in the future too!

Do you all like Oak Hollow? We live in the Raleigh area and are always looking for short trips. Also, always looking to meet new people.

Hey --that would be great to plan a weekend meet. As for Oak Hollow I consider it a very quite and "laid back" campground. (of course we would not be ones to make a good review on it since we have only camped there and Mayberry). We just bought our Motor Coach in July and have been there twice and enjoyed both trips. Oak Hollow was not crowded this weekend (but of course it was a little on the chilly side too). Be sure to let us know if everyone decides to try and plan a weekend this fall!

we went camping at ( Tanglewood ) over the weekend. Very nice place. full hook ups. all the sights are very large, and paved. But some of the lots have a down hill slope, Guess you my need to tell them you need a level sight. They also give you a car pass to enter the park for free.

After the Rally Trace and I would love to do a meet and greet. Tanglwood would be fine, I use to live in WS. Tanglewood is in Clemmon's right. I managed the Revco Drug there many moons ago. Send us a PM. We may go to Texas in the fall, but that's still up in the air. Peace...D

Yeah---That is where Tanglewood is located. Either place would be fine with us----never been to Tanglewood but have heard it is nice. I do know that one portion of the campgound at Oak Hollow has an open area (it is graveled but relatively level) for approximately 20 or so RV's that has a large shelter right at it that would be great so everyone could gather. Maybe someone that has been to both places would have better input than me. Sounds like fun though if we can work it out

Now that we have finished with the National Rally, we are free to camp most anytime in October. We don't work so we can be pretty flexable. Let us know what weekend is good for everyone and lets get a group together to hang out. Either place is fine with us.
