We are planning on spending the week of 6/20 to 6/27 at Paradise then traveling south to Silver Cove at Silver Lake, WA until 7/4.
Bass fishing is right up there at both places.
Got good feedback from (D) Deen for Silver Cove Resort (We will be able to say HI to them) This is a two year old Work in Progress, but great plans.
Still need something about Paradise Resort, I have read a couple of reviews and they were less than glowing.
We are driving a 34 foot motor home.
Love iRV2.com, so far this year Rita and I have met 12 people face to face, and camped with them, that belong to this form.
Put it out there and they will come!!

Paradise is a favorite park for our son and his family so we spent Mothers Day last year camping with them there. On the drive into the park we actually thought we were lost and in the middle of a tree farm but on somebody's driveway. It turned out to be the correct road. The park itself is heavily forested for the most part but we were able to get a pull through site with enough opening for our satellite to work. Like many TT parks in the NW this is more like camping in national forest rather than a resort. The park has two lakes which they stock with trout and while we were there the fishing was good. We just used spin gear from the beach but you can rent a boat. If I remember right I think it was $3 a day for a fishing license. If it rains while you are there it will be wet, muddy and dreary but all in all we enjoyed our time there. Of course it helped to have the grandsons around to keep us busy. We have also stayed at the chehalis preserve and we like Paradise better. Other than fishing there is not much to do around there although the Lucky Eagle casino is about 40 miles away.

Ike Kinswa State Park is just up the road on Mayfield Lake and is a great place to stay. Here's the site Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission - Park Information

That would be the Leisure Time/Thousand Trails park off HY12 North of Vancouver Wa. that I described in my other post.
