Picking up the new MH on Wednesday, then heading down to Galveston to check things out. Hopefully it will go better than the previous trip to Kerrville which resulted in replacing that MH.

Where will you be staying?

What type of "miserable death?"

That Essex is a nice Coach.

Congrats on the new rig! Did Itasca really make a "Journey". I thought that was under the Winnie name.

We were in Galveston a few months back. I think the place we stayed was Tiki Island. It was ok but right on the highway.

Safe travels.

Looks like I can't get in any park in Galveston so made reservations at KOA in Durant, OK. Its only an hour or so from home and will allow me to check out the mechanics.

Troden,
There are several parks within 15-20 miles of Galveston. One nice on is Green Caye, in Dickinson, TX.

Space Center RV is just up the road on I-45

Tiki Tom's is another that is the one spoken about near Tiki Island.

Also, the Galveston State Park is open again for business. Did you check there?
