We are taking a break and heading to TP for a week. Hit the road Friday the 11th and will be at TP from Sunday to Sat. We stay down by the pond area with the gators, if your around stop by for coffee.

Hey, Jim I was thinking about that place a few days ago, we were there 6 or 7 years ago and thought it quite fun to walk to Old Town car show. Please let us know how it is now adays, you know nothing stays the same ! Thanks ! Dan

Jim, I Think the gas prices are doing this, on my way to work I pass RV storage lots that used to have boats and assorted trailers and are now completely full of RVs - this is an indication of local people here in Florida just parking instead of paying the price to fill up. Some people just cannot afford to go! So are you enjoying TP ? It sounds like you have it all to yourselves! I personally like it Quiet with not too many neighbors. Perhaps we will make that our next weekend trip! Dan

Hi Jim,
Yes this is a slow time for the Mouse area of our state. Spring break is over and summer vacations have not started yet. It is good for you to visit now. From June through the end of August, it will be full again. Another good time to visit is in October.
