Wow, looks like it was really quiet. That's how I like it. Can't find anywhere like that here where I am.

Just remember a bad weather day camping is better than a good weather day working.

Was scared off by last Fridays bad weather. Made a reservation for this coming weekend. Most years we get out about the 10th of April for our first weekend, but with wet weather, Easter and other events, next weekend will be our first here in Northern Ohio. And you guess it, their calling for rain yet again.... I'll just use it as a "make sure all systems are working" weekend.

Great campfire. But, if we started one like that around here in Texas, we would have a helicopter dumping water on us soon after.

Burn bans everywhere around here.

Great fire. We are going this next Saturday for six days to Three Rivers in central Calif. Our getaway before the camping season starts for us. I have been working for the last two months rebuilding our campground due to flooding last December. I'm ready for a break.

We don't have such a big fire because of saftey reasons but I stoked it up for the picture. To bad the DW had to take the picture she is a lot better to look at than the old guy in the chair. By the way those two big glasses are strictley for relaxation. Adult beverages if you know what I mean.

Looks like a beautiful campground. Even if the fire was only stoked up for the picture it still looks great.
