2 Week Florida Road Trip

We are going on a little road trip around FL state parks in June. Here is out list in order.

Florida Caverns 2 nights
Oscar Scherer 3 nights
Lake Louisa 4 nights
Blue Spring Day Trip Over
Anastasia 3 nights
and Skid A Way in GA. 3 nights

My question is what should we do in or around each park?
Any MUST see places?

Thanks In Advance

I live just south of this, and it is nice, but primitive type campsite. I would not miss the Ringling Museum in downtown Sarasota. Plenty of parking and lots to see. If you are towing, try St. Armands Circle. Also there is a daily dinner cruise in Sarasota at Marina Jack's. Best way to see the area. Also try Snook Haven restaurant in Venice. Long narrow dusty road into there though. On Myacca River, food, entertainment, river boat tour.

Lake Louisa is only 45 minutes away from the theme parks, DW and Universal and Seaworld. If you are taking kids you might not survive the argument if you are so close. Just sayin. I never heard of Skid Away GA. What is there??

While at Anastasia State Park see Castillo de San Marcos, the Old Spanish Fort there in St.Augustine. In Savannah the Tybee Island Light and Fort Screven across the street, We've also taken a "Trolly Tour" around downtown Savannah. There also the Civil War Forts, Fort Pulaski National Monument on the way out to Tybee, and Fort McAllister Historic State Park out in Richmond Hill GA. Never got to take the Cave Tour at Florida Caverns the timing just never worked out. But I think it would be fun. 56 degrees in FL in June would be good also.

Been to all of those parks but blue spring. Really nice parks, definitely do the cave tours, st Augustine we rode our bikes to the lighthouse. Skid away was nice and shaded, did not find much to do at the park itself but a good Mexican restaurant in town.
