Welcome to Savannah and to our St. Patricks Day celebration. Don't forget River Street after the parade. Lots to do till the wee hours of the morning. If you get a chance stop by Fiddlers(little plug for my son who will be tending bar Sat evening), great food and atmosphere. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Being retired means you can put off till tomorrow what you could have done today

We're headed out in the morning for Fresno to visit friends then over to Phoenix for the Good Sam Rally. Only a couple thousand miles roundtrip and only two tanks of fuel, although they are BIG tanks!

I'm doing some driveway camping. I'm working on my cabin in Big Bear, Ca. Have the cabin stripped out in order to remodle the kicthen and bath. The motor home gives me a place to stay. Last night it was 26 with the temps dropping by the weekend. Guess I'll winterize it tomarro and come back when it warms up agin. Snow is going to blow.

We usually camp at skid away island but it was full, so we just stayed at south koa for st. Patrick's day weekend. It was ok wouldn't make it a place to go and stay on a regular basis.

You might try Hardeeville RV Park in Hardeeville, SC next time. It's just up the road from Savannah...easy drive. Bob
