Age restrictions..

Do you guys think one of these would get turned down often with a cool paint job and a polished up grill?

I'm thinking a very deep blue, dark forrest green, and gunmetal grey..

Any campground that would deny entrance sight unseen solely unseen due to date of manufacture isn't a place I'd want to visit or give my money to. Move on.

I haven't heard that very many RV parks have RV age restrictions - Yes, I have heard of a couple but that was not been a problem when I had older RV's. Maybe someone who has a cleaned up older unit can provide up to date info.

I would not want an older unit parked next to me. You never know what kind of shady mysterious people might come out of it but then again ,,,,,,, I am totally kidding. Bunch a snoody poos.

Any well cared for unit should be welcomed in my opinion. We frequent parks that have age restrictions & will preferentially continue to do so. Pride of ownership is suggestive of other qualities I prefer my neighbors to possess.

We live in a park with age restrictions. Never seen the restriction enforced but could understand them saying no if Cousin Eddy showed up.

Sort of like No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service.

Like the looks of the unit. It will look like new when cleaned up. Can't say your color choice is my favorite but I am not picking and will not be living in it.

No issues from me if you are parking next door.

I like the look of it too, they are aluminum roofed, aluminum skinned on full aluminum framing, and even half aluminum chassis on a chevy with a 454..

No wood rot, no delam EVER.. Sounds good to me..

Have never seen or met anyone who has been turned away on the so called age rule...But I can understand how it could happen.. Stayed at a Encore site and watched a rig pull in plywood on windows, cracked windshield and what sounded as no exhaust.. They pulled up and stretched the biggest tarp I have seen over the roof with a few extra feet to use as a awning.... They pretty much kept to themselves and the only complaint I had was when the fired that bad boy up a 5:30am to pull out...lol

Turned away at a KOA just north of San Fran due to this rule ... offered to send pix etc to no avail .... rather disappointing as we had planned this park for a 2 month or so stay .... ugh!!!
Have stayed in a lot of parks with this restriction but have never had a problem ....

Drove thru the KOA you're probably talking about. Not sure your rig would have fit. We were staying at Marin Park RV. We feel it is the best in the Bay Area. Walking distance to Larkspur ferry which gives you access to SF without driving the car. If space is available, a rig your size will get 2 sites.
