Spring Hill RV Park in Chapel Hill is your best bet if they have space.
Any of the campgrounds at Jordan Lake in Apex, NC would be 2nd choice, but the gate is closed/locked at 8pm.

We have stayed at Birchwood RV Park when our daughter was working at Duke. It's a combination rv park and trailer park. The trailer park area is fine, well kept, etc. We have been there on game weekends before and there are lots of people who camp there to go to the games.
