We live very near this RV Park, it is essentially new being built in the last 2-3 years. Not easy to get to but it looks like they have set it up nicely. We drive past it every couple weeks and it looks like they've got a booming business.
It is relatively close to I-40 and you don't have to take the Seiverville exit to get to it (which is always a mess), you can take Deep Springs road.
Once you are there you can get to any of the attractions pretty easy bypassing most of the main roads.
