Apostle Island campgrounds

Looking for campground recommendations for the Apostle Island area. Can you camp with a rv right in the park? Thanks

You can only access Apostle Island National Lakeshore by boat. The Sand Island camping area is closed due to black bear activity.

Bayfield Municipal Campground called Dalrymple Park. Electric only. One mile north of Bayfield on Highway 13.

Full hookup sites at Buffalo Bay Campground 7 miles north of Bayfield on Highway 13.

Madeline Island has Big Bay State Park and Big Bay Town Park. Have to take the ferry from Bayfield to get there. Electric sites available.
