We really like Parker, AZ. Small with adequate shopping. The Parker Strip on the Colorado River is beautiful. We will be spending some time there soon.

Lots of good dentists. Price and what you want done will be a factor in who you choose.

Algodones Mexico is about a 20 minute drive from Yuma, then a short walk across the border from the vehicle parking area on the California side, it's the Dental and Eyeglass Mecca...get some advice from others as to which dentist might be better, I only got eyeglasses. As soon as you cross the border you will meet many locals trying to give you info on dental services, it's like timeshare sales. It's a fun no hassle town to visit, just try to head back to the USA before 1PM or you might experience long border lines.

All good advice(s)!

Thanks for dentist info. Just looking for teeth cleaning so if anyone has a recommendation, that would be great. Yuma will be new experience for us. We have some friends there.

We are looking forward to visiting Parker for first time as we plan to stay a month next winter in the vicinity. Friends in the area.

We are very interested in Phoenix-Apache Junction area because we are hikers and have hiked in Superstition Mtns. before. Plan to stay there couple of months.

We visited for about 2 weeks in Casa Grande in the past 2 different times and didn't care for it. I think it all depends on what you like to do. Seemed to us from there we had to drive and drive all the time to get to the hikes and other stuff we like. Didn't care for the bicycle riding in the area either. Lots of broken glass, etc. everywhere.
But, that's just us. Different strokes.....

We don't full-time, but we spent 2 weeks in Tucson a couple of years ago. I was completely surprised at how much there was to do there. We ran out of time before we ran out of places to visit.

I missed out on the bone yard tour at the air museum. Gotta go back some day for that one.

I have family in Phoenix. I agree it is very crowded. Rush hour traffic as bad as San Jose/San Francisco. We only go in March to take in some pre-season baseball games.

Yuma is next on my list for AZ.

Upon recommendations from friends we use Sani Dental....great prices and facilities. We will be back in Yuma at Carefree RV Resort for three months after Christmas. Sani Dental will even meet u at the border to walk you to their office ...they have two..... five minutes to either one.

Interesting, good price. But, looks like the larger canopy not wide enough to have slides out on both sides?

It’s 12 feet from the brick pillar to the cover the cover is 18ft wide once you’re in there’s a concrete patio on the passenger side more than enough
