ATV areas near Big Bend Texas??

We are looking for a warm place to go this winter/early spring where we can do some 4-wheeling. I like the look of the Big Bend area but really don't find any information on off roading. Doesn't have to be Big Bend, we are open to other options as long as we can find a place that is Big Rig friendly (40 MH with a 24 foot trailer behind), warm and can ride our RZR. Probably looking at a 2 week trip coming from South Dakota.

I have been to Big Ben many, many times. Limited big rig spots in the park itself but several just outside the park. There are primitive roads in the park.....especially the well know river road. But as far as acutal off roads areas there are none for ATVs. Have to stay on the designated roads. Great place to visit and that area of Texas if you have never been.

I've looked for years but gave up. You cannot ride ATVs inside the park. Even on the dirt roads and Jeep trails the vehicle has to be street legal.

The closest thing I have heard of is 30 miles outside of Ozona called the Escondido Draw Recreational Area.

It is 3400 acres, that at one time was going to be run by the state parks dept. but now looks like it's controlled by the Texas Motorized Trail Coalition.

I can't really tell if this park is open to the public!
