Austin, Blanco, Johnson City, Dripping Springs- RV Park Suggestions

Looking for info on places listed in title. Prefer 50 amp sites, but we can do 30. Looking for the most beautiful place to go. Anyone been to an RV Park in this area and would recommend ? We'd like to try a State Park, like Pedernales or Blanco, not sure which one's best. Prefer losta trees and decent sized sites. Any thoughts are welcome.

Thx so much.

Austin, Blanco, Johnson City, Dripping Springs- RV Park Suggestions

We have stayed at Sunset RV park and Cottonwood Creek when visiting Dripping Springs. Both were adequate for a week or two. We chose them instead of dealing with Austin traffic to get to Dripping Springs each day. We also saw a place further out on FM165 near Blanco that looked nice right on the river. Think it was Blanco Settlement. A little too far from Dripping Sp. for us.

Bella it doesnt look like you got much response on this. Have you decided where to stay yet? I was kind of hoping someone would chime in on the State Parks you mentioned. We drove through Perdenales last time we were there but was off season and the place was empty, except for the wild hogs.

There's also a bunch of RV parks near Fredricksburg that we saw when we went out that way.

Good luck!

Not sure if this will help but it's a start, you can look for the reviews on the other citys that you listed Dripping Springs, TX Campground Reviews - Best of Dripping Springs Camping - RV Park Reviews
