AZ recommendations? Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, etc.

Must haves:
  • Monthly rates
  • WiFi - reliable and good performance
  • Gym / Exercise Room

Nice to haves:
  • Spacious site
  • Shaded
Thanks!
Vince

Anyone? Web search or Woodall's reveals several in the area, but would like first hand experiences and comments. Thanks!

Sorry...but you're asking for a spacious site with shade (Arizona) and a gym. If it has a gym then you're going to be in a place that has a clubhouse and typically the sites will be close to your neighbor. They cram as many as they can in those kinds of parks. We visit the area often and I can't think of one meeting your requirements. Personally, we love the Phoenix area's regional parks but you can only spend 2 weeks. Their sites are awesome and we walk their trails for exercise. Some do have trees though. Good luck!

Spacious and shade are nice to haves vs. must haves. If you have suggestions/comments regarding just the must haves that would be great.

Thanks!

Hey Vince!

I tried to find places in those locations, but after I "tasted" the air, went other places.

Spent time in Casa Grande and Bullhead City. Much better there. We liked them both a great deal.
In Casa Grande we were at Sundance1 RV Resort. A grand place.
In Bullhead City we were at this one, a true gem at $400/mo incl elec.

Look like great locations.
Unfortunately I need to nearby a particular location - the SE Phoenix area.

I haven't stayed at Good Life in Mesa for a couple of years, but they had a nice gym, small, but nice, with usually a palm tree on each site. I thought it was a pretty good location and clean.

Casa Grande? Ugh!! That's farming/dust storm country and it's a long drive to much of anything in Phoenix. We've been caught in dust storms there in December and February and it's an awful situation.
