I agree. The only one that I found that I would not consider staying at is the one on Pine Island, FL. It's well kept and all but we drove thru it in our toad and all the lots are very narrow. Besides, unless you just plan on sitting and looking/listening to your neighbors, there isn't really anything to do on Pine Island. No beaches, nothing to sightsee, and an hour or more drive to the Cape Coral, N. Ft. Myers, Ft, Myers cities and major shopping.
