Here is a link to rvpark reviews. We have found this site to be fairly accurate for the most part.
In addition to Calgary, you can look at Cochrane which is just west of Calgary on the way to Banff. There are a couple of parks to choose from there.

Be aware, availability depends on when you're going. If you're looking at going this year, start looking at places now... I've found that a couple places in yellowstone were booked for the time we wanted to stay (September)

For Mount Rushmore I would stay in Sturgis or Rapid City and toad up to the mountain. The final route is a steep slow climb and when we were there several vehicles had overheating problems because of the slow speed caused by horrendous traffic.

Banff - Parks Canada Tunnel Mtn. Last year they were re/working the full service sites and you could not book in advance... This may have changed for this year?

Calgary - The City is pretty much a lost cause. We prefer either Bow Rivers Edge in Cochrane or MCLean Creek in Kananaskis (Bragg Creek).
