It's fine. It is one of several/many really good ones here in the Valley. If you like their deal, you will be happy. Just remember that Mission is about as far West as you want to go. Most of the Winter Texans are a little father East. Have fun. Weather is warm, been in mid 70's to low 80's for a while.
