In the mid-Atlantic area I'd suggest Castaways in Berlin, MD but only
the "Club Castaways section". Further south in Myrtle Beach, SC is:

Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrtle Beach, SC - Oceanfront Camping

There are many, many places that would be great, and all the other
replies are good options as well.

If I may ask, why just this section?
