Best RV Park in Beaufort-Hilton Head, SC area

Our daughter and son in law were just stationed in Beaufort, SC.
We will be wanting to head there this fall/winter with our coach.
Any recommendations on where we should set up camp? We love to Golf,
bicycle, and would like to be near the water.
Thanks for your input!

The Hilton Head Motorcoach Resort on HHI is an awesome place to stay. Beautiful resort, easy bike ride (on paved paths) to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Very reasonable, paved roads, a big pool, tennis courts, and padded sites. A 10/10 in my book...

We're going to HHI RV resort in December on our way back from the keys, I wonder about the weather that time of year. Hopefully cool not to cold, good bicycling weather! Only staying there 4days we have heard and read that it's a great resort!

We were there this spring and stayed at Hunting Island State Park. Its right on the water and just a few miles from Beaufort. Parris Island does have a FAM Camp you could be sponsored to use it if your not eligible on your own. but we didn't ckeck it out. Don't know if the Navy Air Station has a Fam Camp or not but both are near the water and Parris Island has a lot of places to ride bikes to. Hunting Island is very nice has of land long beaches and a free fishing Pier, WI FI alight house and about anything else you would want. Does have some sites for big rigs. Great area.

HHIsland Motorcoach Resort is at the end of the island, 5 minute bicycle ride to the beach on paved bike trails. I think 23 gold courses on the island. Been going there for close to 20 yrs, every yr. Will be there again Oct 5 to Nov 25!
