Looking for an RV park between Memphis and Little Rock so we can visit both using the toad. Any suggestions? Has anyone tried T Rick's?

I made a short stop one night at Tom Sawers RV Park. Just across the Mississippi river bridge between Memphis going into Arkansas. We enjoyed it a lot and would like to go again but were on a limited time basis.
They are very friendly and right on the river. You can sit on benches and watch the barges and a stong breeze all the time. I thought it was neat to be able to camp so close to the river. It was down a residental street but worth the effort. Look them up on the internet.

We have stopped a couple of times for an overnight stay at T Rick's. The last time was a couple of years ago. It was ok. Easy on and off I-40 with long pull throughs and 50 amp service. It was close to the interstate so there is traffic noise. We keep a fan running to cover it up. When we have gone through that area we have been only looking for a spot to stop for the night and be on our way in the morning. The last time I looked there wasn't a lot of choices in that area and T Rick's worked out fine for what we needed.

Thank. Tom Sawyers looks pretty good--plus, it's a Good Sam recommended park. I think we'll give them a try.

Has anyone tried America's Best Campground (ABC) just west of Memphis?

We're headed from Arkansas to Eastern Tennessee in November and thought we would give it a try.

Left Tom Sawyers this morning. Except for 2 days of tornado watch (not their fault) we had a great time and thoroughly recommend it. Spotlessly clean, free laundry, garbage pickup from your rig, friendly staff and right on the river. Sit on a bench outside your rig with a cocktail in hand and watch the Mississippi barges chug by.

We live in East Tennessee and have family in the West Memphis/Marion, AR area, and we stay at the ABC Campground. It's easy on/off the Interstate...nice folks and so is the campground.

Good Luck!!
