In the Black Hill of South Dakota, the 109 mile George S. Mickelson Trail is excellent.
This is a Rails-to-Trail type of bike trail so is fairly easy to ride.
SD GFP | State Parks | Directory | Mickelson Trail
We stayed at the Oreville NFS Campground along the trail but there probably many other campgrounds along the trail.

You can access these bike trails from Terry Cove RV Resort or Heritage RV , both of which are on Canal Rd in Orange Beach Al. Canal has paved bike paths that run the entire length and connect to the park. You have to cross a couple of roads but they are marked for bike and pedestrian traffic.

In the Florida Keys , the 75 miles plus Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail is great.
Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail | Florida Trails | TrailLink.com
We accessed some of it from Curry Hammock State Park, but other parks are along the trail as well.

Sorry I didn't notice your preference for paved trails at first. Two very nice paved connecting trails are in Georgia & Alabama . The 61 mile concrete trail in Georgia is the Silver Comet Trail : Silver Comet Trail Map | Silver Comet Trail Map. In Alabama it's the 32 mile Chief Ladiga Trail : Chief Ladiga Trail - Chief Ladiga Trail.
Camping can be found using: Silver Comet Trail & Chief Ladiga Trail Trip Planner

Hi Lori.. Rivers Edge is in.
Does the bike path join Cades Cove? I can't tell from their map.
Thanks!

I'm looking at the map... It appears that a river separates the campground from the bike trail. Do you have to ride down 5th Avenue to reach the trail, or is there another access?
Thanks!
Dave

I'll contribute some from the Rocky Mountain Region: Heaton Bay Campground, Lake Dillon, Colorado. You can ride to Silverthorne, Breckenridge, or up the pass to Copper Mountain (and beyond) all on paved trails. No need to ride on a street. Beautiful scenery! \ken

Fidalgo Bay Resort in Anacortes Wash. Has a paved trail going through the campground to the town of Anacortes - only about 5 miles but nice.

Columbia River RV Park - Portland Oregon - Nice bike trail that follows the Columbia River past the Airport. - goes both ways, not sure how far but Portland is a bit of a bike riders place. There were lots of riding paths that interconnected. Some were on streets, some were self contained.

Glenwood Canyon Bike Trail from Rock Gardens Campground just east of Genwood Springs, Colorado (in Glenwood Canyon). Take the "No Name" exit. \ken

PS. You can also ride into Glenwood Springs by taking the trail to the west.

There is a paved trail that goes from the campground area at Lake Pueblo State Park into the city of Pueblo, Colorado. It follows the Arkansas River. \ken

One of my favorites is the Mineral Belt Trail that goes around/through the town of Leadville, Colorado. The mining history is all around and you summit at 10,606 feet in elevation! Stay at a small place called the RV Corral and ride on the street about three blocks to catch the trail (the streets are wide and the city does not have much traffic in the outskirts). \ken

One More: Camp at Bear Creek Lake State Park in Morrison, Colorado, and jump on one of three paved trails that circumnavigate the Denver Metro Area by following various waterways. Trails even go as far as Chatfield State Park (Chatfield Reservoir -- you can camp there, too) and Downtown Denver. There are several craft breweries you can get to from the bike path -- great for some quick carb loading. \ken
