Billings MT KOA

Be aware...... We stayed here while traveling to Glacier National Park. Had to be the worst service we have ever had at a KOA. The young lady had screwed our reservations up and refused to try to make it right. Management was no help either. Would not stay there again!

Surprising, considering that is the flagship KOA......We stayed there about 20 years ago, it was great. Times change things I guess

Spent all of August at the Two bit Rv Park mid town Billings. $410 a month. Grass sites but level and well groomed. Great camp host. I have never stayed at a KOA that was worth the price they charge. AND for some reason there always seems to be a train track running next to the KOA s

We stayed there for a week in July 2012 and had a great time. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to extend our stay beyond our reservation but couldn't due to the site being booked up. The campground people were very helpful and friendly. Very well kept and neat campground. Too bad your experience wasn't as good as ours.

So what did they do that you didn't like or effected your reservations? Need to be more specific about your complaint. JMHO.

We made reservations for a pull thru site to fit a 40 ft Motorhome towing a jeep. The girl did not see the towing part and had us in a site that we stuck out each end. Because they were full she would not make any changes. If I had not have been driving all day I would have left.
