Lots of campgrounds in that area. A drive thru Custer State Park is a must for us each time we are out that way.

Hill City SD

We stayed at Crooked Creek RV Park in Hill City when we were in SD last year. Really nice park but the sites are TIGHT.... Really a great location though... Make sure you allow enough time to visit Deadwood, SD. We actually changed campgrounds and stayed an extra day closer to Deadwood. GREAT area to visit!

We always stay at Rafter J Bar it has lots of space, heavy wooded area for smaller rigs and other areas for big rigs. They have on site trail rides and a pool. We will be back again in August.
