Boil crawfish

Easter weekend we boiled two sacks of crawfish with all the trimmings and this coming weekend we are going to another crawfish boil. The second boil will be from four to five thousand pounds of crawfish. Good eaten down in Louisiana.

I grew up a couple of miles from Livingston, have you been to Charlie's on hwy 22 in Springfield, good food. The crawfish sounds good.

Yes, we have been to Charlies many times, especially on steak night!!! We lived in Springfield for 24 years, then sold our house and now fulltiming at Lakeside RV Park. Life is still good ...isn't it.

Great food and a drive up, take-out daiquiri bar on every corner, hard to beat.

Being stuck in Maine shouldn't be to bad, I think they have them there real big crawfish don't they. The one's you boil in salt water after you get them out of the trap.
