We're just back. Once she found out we knew Frankie, she said she lost our reservations, but I said I really didn't know him and she then found it..whew! I was surprised at how many sites were open, and they also had some cancel's while we were there.

It's a really nice campground. The grands had a good time. It was a bit dusty, and the rug going into the trailer got really dirty, so be sure to bring rugs to wipe feet.

It's one of the cleanest campground (bathrooms, rec hall, store, playground, etc) I've ever been at, and they certainly make good use of their money, always working on something in the campground.

You have to pay to use your computer at your site, but they have two free ones for use in the business office in the rec hall. 20 minute limit, which was way more than I needed a couple times a day.

I wish we had had more time to go into Boston. The train isn't far, and there was a StarWars exhibit in the Science Museum, but we found out about it too late. It appeared a lot of people were there just to park, since so many RV's had no movement around them.

Frankie,

How did you get from here to there the couple of times you came to Lancaster? What is your route preference?

Rick, how ever you get to 287 thru Jersey over Hudson, toll to pay at bridge crossing, only going north, pickup 684 NORTH White Plains NY, 684 will bring you to 84 east to Hartford than 84 to 90 in MA. to 495 to RT-1. Or find 81 north to 84 east from Penn. some what longer. "007"

I like the 81 N to 84 E, especially since I may be leaving from Hershey, PA, very near 81.

To; Allen-Seney

Because of the short season in New England, there are reasonably priced campgrounds.

Costs run from $25 to $60 per night, depending upon what's included.

Are you looking for children's activities, entertainment, snack bars etc. ??

If you have campground directories, pick out a few and post them for user feedback, this way you won't be disapointed when you arrive.

By the way, where you from, what's your family status??

The more info you post, the better response you will get.

Thanks=== Aime=== AJBJRVERS====

Yes - we will arrive at the campground on Monday - probably late morning.

Do I need to alter my route because of the problems with the Big Dig?
