Not sure if tours initiate from here but they offer concierge services.

Normandy Farms for stay. Deive to Transit station about 10 miles. Several tour companies in downtown Boston that provide tours with off/on privlidges. We enjoyed this opportunity a few years back. Did not get to see a game at Fenway was only downside.

Normandy farms for sure. It is actually in Foxborough. Not a long drive up to Boston but be cautious of the time of day you do so. Try the Duck tour to see the most.
Rt #95 and or 93 north but check the online traffic reports.
Not sure of your timing but watch out for traffic for either the Red Soxs, Patriots, Comcast Center Concerts or golf events at TPC in Norton which is right next door to Foxborough.
If you have time on a non game day head over to Patriots Place to either shop or go to the Patriots Hall of Fame. A very short drive from Normandy Farms. A Bass Pro Shop in the same complex. Look for the working cranberry bog right behind the Bass Pro shop. There is a nature trail but not well marked.
Hope this helps.

Normany is about 1 mile from the Patriot's stadium, so it's a big traffic contender for you, although a nice enough place. The location of Foxboro is good. Not many other campgrounds around. Circle G Campground in Bellingham, just off of 495, but not as many amenities. Minuteman campground in Littleton, much smaller than Normandy, not as many child-friendly activities at campground. Littleton is about an hour outside of Boston via rt. 2. Myles Standish Forest in Plymouth, MA is south of Boston. Just not sure if it has RV camping in it. We are still getting used to the class A, and even though live in MA., don't usually camp around here!

There is also "Canoe River" in the same area but it is quite a few steps below NF's.

We stayed at Minuteman, you can get picked up by a Tour bus there. Nicest owner I've run across. We will definitely go back,

We had a recommendation on Normandy Farms from a friend, and we are planning to go Columbus Day weekend, but....SOLD OUT! Apparently this place is SO nice it sells out like crazy.

While this is the kind of place that's right up our alley, we can stay in a more rustic place and have just as much fun. We're coming up from the south (LI), so the location was great...anybody have any other suggestions for a 2-niter?

The plan is to drive up Friday, see the town on Saturday, lounge around on Sunday, head back on Monday.

Thanks for the info guys, I will look into this more. I had heard good things about Minuteman also but it's up further on the loop so not a convenient as NF.
