Will be in the area and looking at Buttonwood or Holiday Cove. Any opinions on either?

I used to live in Bradenton and now I live in Cocoa Beach. When we go and visit friends we like the Winter Quarters Rv park, you can book it under Rvonthego.com.
It's a Encore park. Nice park and not far off I75. We also like Horsehoe Cove.
Good Luck!!!

Our friends stayed at Buttonwood back in November for a month and really enjoyed it. They reserved the same spot for next season as well. Anna Maria Island, very nice area.

We stayed at holiday cove this winter. Never again! Way Over priced, $1100 for December & $1800 January-april, very few amenities, no activities, two stationary bikes in the laundry room and call it a fitness center, very tight spaces. Mostly ownership spaces and as renters we did not feel welcomed or included. But it is pretty and very close to the beach and Anna Maria Island.
