Bringing fish from AK to lower US

We are planning a trip to Alaska from California in 2015.
I like to fish and want to bring fish back with me from AK.
I have flown there before and brought back 75 lbs of fish last time and it was no issue.
Does anyone have experience with bringing fish back in an RV and going through customs for Canada and US with fish?
I did do a search but did not find any relevent info.

Thanks in advance for any help.

We had no problem in 2012 when we brought back over 100lbs. of Salmon in our outside freezer. Also was camping near a guy who had two full sized chest freezers wired up in the back of his pickup which was his towed. Told me he fills them up every year when he goes up from Texas. We were never asked at the border if we were bringing back any fish.
