Bryce to Carlsbad

I have been lurking around here for a couple of years and have learned a lot. Thanks to all for that. The wife and I are heading west on a nice little trip. At Bryce we will be staying at Kodachrome State Park. Leaving we will be taking 89 south. Good road? Anything to be aware of? I am driving a Tuscany 42WX.

89 south is a very good road for a big RV. We've driven it often.
