Yes was there last February and will be there again this February/March. Has gated beach access, pet friendly, quiet, and clean. Can be a little tight getting a long unit around some corners.

The place is fine, on the beach, a bit tight but doable.

very nice management when I was there a few years ago, very tight for my rig at 52ft but they worked with me and we got it in and had a great time. more of a older crowd than me and my 5 year old twins. there was a pizza place a few miles down the road that has great food. don't take your golf cart on the beach you will get a ticket ask me how I know.

We were there about 8 years ago with our 40' 5er. No problems parking in the space as I remember. Downside, the 3 days we were there it was cold, windy, and damp. Walking on the beach wearing winter coats N hats looked silly, but we found a lot of shells the waves had washed up on the beach. Not another person to be seen on the beach.
There is a public beach access a few mile South just off the highway. Autos are allowed on this beach. One guy drove his MH onto the beach, strayed out onto the dry, loose sand, and we watched the old Army 6X6 winch his MH out and pull it to solid surface. Best I remember he said the bill was $300.

Bryan Mawr has become our go to beach spot since we got our HM a year ago. We've been there 3 times and have reservations for Memorial Day. The spots are individually owned by co-op members and the features and condition of each site varies. Our rig is 35' and we get into the spots easily. Might be tougher for some large trailers and 5th wheels.

The campground has 2 decent pools. A big pool for families, and a smaller, adult only pool.

We like the beach at Saint Augustine and the access from this place is outstanding. Walk out of your rig. Go thru the gates and you're right there. Need a drink or rest room? 2 minutes and you're back. The place is about 10 minutes or so to downtown St Augustine if you want to hit the tourist areas.

The cons are that the spots are fairly tightly packed, so you are pretty close to
your neighbor. Some spots get big puddles during heavy rain. Also, you cannot see the beach from the campground, it's hidden by the dunes. This is not all bad, since you're protected from being sandblasted by beach sand.

The final con is the price. One of the more expensive places we've been to. Only a bit cheaper than Disney.

We used to go to Anastasia St Park all the time. But it's harder and harder to get in the state parks these days. And of course Anastasia is not full hook up.
